ICED17 will be held at the beautiful University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, surrounded by gardens, ocean and forests. UBC is situated at the western tip of Point Grey Peninsula away from the traffic and noise of the city, yet within 25 minutes of downtown by transit. Visitors to the campus are able to enjoy world class museums, athletic facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, a spacious gym and field areas, a variety of shops and services, and restaurants and food providers to tempt any appetite. A variety of accommodation is available on campus within a comfortable walking distance from the conference venue.
